These pictures are from the Sebring Fall Classic 2007 run Nov. 29-Dec.2. To start here are some pictures taken during the practice on Friday morning at turn 3. The first two have the #11 trying to pass the # 6 in the turn from outside and from the in car camera.

The following were taken during the qualifying run Friday afternoon at turn 13 heading for 14.

The first race of Friday afternoon was delayed and then rescheduled for Saturday afternoon because of rain. Here are a couple of photos of several of the cars waiting it out in the pits.

On the left are the winners of the A class. First Scott Murphy, second Don Soenen and third Maurice Hull. Winners in B class are, first Ed Bull, second Tom Sally and third Randy Anderson.

The second race was run during the late afternoon and early evening. Here are a few in car pictures to show what the lighting was like during this race.

The winners of that race were A class, first Dale Phelon, second Maurice Hull and third Scott Murphy. B class winners were, Tom Sally first, Randy Anderson second and Mike Goodman third.

Saturday night HSR held an awards dinner. Since two of the stock car drivers also drive GT cars a picture of the Sam Posey Award going to Dale Phelon and Don Soenen is shown here.

The following photos starting on the left are first top three overall for group 8. Winners are Dale Phelon, Don Soenen and Tom Sally. The midddle photo is the top three group 8 A class. Winners are Dale Phelon, Don Soenen and Jack Finch. The photo on the right is top three group 8 B class. The winners are Ed Bull Tom Sally and Larry Carroll.

Sunday morning's race was for fun, since the points for 2007 had already been added up for the awards on Saturday.

Winners in the A class on Sunday were, first Maurice Hull, second Don Soenen and third Edgar Otto. Winners in B class were Mike Goodman first, Larry Carroll second and John Orzechowski third.

 

For those of you who were at VIR in March and saw what happened to John Cloud's Camaro, you will be happy to know that just like the Phoenix, it was resurrected from the ashes and is running again with probably a lot of effort from Larry Buehler.

Here it is under the canopy on the paddock at Sebring.
